“indie” - they may be considered as filmmakers who are newbies in the field of cinema and filmmaking. They are artists who produce and finance their own works through their own pockets (or through friends) and without the backing of a major studio. Not bound by the constraints of commercialism.

Those who are ready to submit their work/s to be included in the film line-up for our “titusian” audience, then here is your chance...

pelikula@titusbrandsma is looking for short films of any genre (documentaries, narrative, drama, etc.) to show in our monthly film dialogue sessions.

This is in accordance with our mission and efforts towards media literacy education through cinema.

• We offer “the venue and an opportunity for film discussions” to those promising filmmakers all over the Philippines.
• TBCMP encourages quality independent filmmaking.

Procedure is as follows:

• HOW: Submit a copy in DVD/VCD/VHS format to any of the pelikula core group members. We HAVE NO DEADLINE. You may submit anytime. Also, please enclose a sheet of paper that contains the following information:

  Title
  Director’s Name
  Running Time
  Synopsis
  Cast and Crew

• Selection and programming of films will be decided by the pelikula@titusbrandsma core group.
• Selected works will be a part of the film archives of the TBCMP, the main organizer of the pelikula@titusbrandsma. Unselected works are to be returned to their directors.
• You can also submit your work and other requirements during our monthly film dialogue session at TBC.
• If your film is selected and scheduled for showing, you are required as a director to be present on the day it will be shown for the Q & A. (Metro Manila entries only)
